Routine

I have been trying to quit smoking quite a while. I have not used any nicotine patch or medicine to help with the process, but instead have been trying to do it cold-turkey. This is all a fight against yourself, training your willpower to be strong, so that you can withstand all that may come. 

For those who don't smoke, they would never understand the feeling of a smoker trying to quit. Nicotine is highly addictive, even when you realise all you do is burning the money, you can't stop because you crave the nicotine to be inside your blood. 

Believe in yourself, believe and make it happen.
