I like the fact that way back in university, I appreciated food more than I am ever now. Back then, it was never an option to eat out everyday. Once a week was acceptable, as money was a little tight, so we often cook by ourselves.

Therefore, whenever I was hungry, it was a no brainer for me to go to the kitchen and whip something up. The easiest would be to cook Maggi goreng, and I like my Maggi goreng with vegetables, and telur dadar.

To be honest, eating the food that I made myself, bring a little satisfaction, that I can’t get when I eat outside. I mean, I know everything that I put into it, how much salt, vegetables etc.

Now, food is aplenty, and I don’t really have to cook anymore, as I can simply go out and eat on the cheap, as I can afford to do so. But the thing is, now when I’m hungry, more often than not, I just sit on it, and just ignore it. I am too lazy to go outside to eat, and I don’t feel like cooking, so I better just lit a cig, and sleep.
