I reckon I have started to prefer my tea and coffee without sugar now. A cuppa plain Earl Grey tastes pretty great to be honest, and it is healthier too! For coffee, i often add two third hot water and the rest with low fat milk. These days I often skip my breakfast as the morning routine to work is always a last minute deal. Note to self, wake up EARLY!! Hahaaha.
