I want to start eating more healthily, curbing excess oil, sugar and salt in my diet. I have once pondered to be a vegetarian even. But honestly, to stop yourself from eating all those sinfully, tasty foods is not easy to begin with.
It is just like to stop yourself from doing the sins, once you've accustomed to do them, and everyone else seems to not give a damn about them.
No big deal? Or very big one?
