There are 10 aspects that are evaluated in a job interview. It is usually impossible for the interviewee to have all perfect score, given that he is an imperfect man.

Some interviewees give more attention to several aspects, than others.

And almost all of them perceive aspect no 10 to be the most important quality that they must posses.

One interviewee apparently is lacking this quality. He has almost none of it, then he wonders if he would pass the interview.

All others say that he won't, he need to build up the aspect no 10 to be at least at par with the others.
